We cut and chip the brush, take out the small trees and saplings, grind the stumps you want gone, and haul everything off. On bluff lots we're careful about what we leave standing to hold the slope. The goal is a clean lot that's ready for whatever you're doing next, not a scraped mud pit.

Do you clear the whole lot or just what I point out?+
Either. We'll walk the lot with you, mark what stays and what goes, and price the whole scope. On bluff lots we'll also flag anything we think should stay to hold the slope.
Do you grind the stumps as part of lot clearing?+
We can include stump grinding for the stumps you want gone, or leave them if you're keeping certain trees. We call 811 for locates before any grinding on a cleared lot.
What do you do with all the brush?+
We chip the brush and haul it — and the rounds and logs — off your property. If you want chips for the garden or firewood stacked, we'll leave it where you want it.
Can you clear a lot on a steep bluff?+
Yes, but we're careful about what comes off a slope. Clearing a bluff-side lot blind can cause erosion, so we keep the root-holding trees and brush that should stay and take out what you don't want.
